In doing so, she supports the firm’s attorneys by drafting and preparing wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, beneficiary designations, and disability documents, including powers of attorney, directives to physicians, declarations of guardian and medical authorizations. Ms. Bonham also assists with gift and estate tax reporting and the administration of probate estates. In addition to her estate planning, tax reporting, and administration work, Ms. Bonham aids the firm in the organization and administration of private foundations and other charitable giving structures.
